- This Procurement shall be conducted under FSC CODE: Q301, SIC CODE: 8734, NAICS Code: 541380. The size standard for this code is $6,500,000. TYPE OF AWARD: This acquisition shall be 100% Small Business Set Aside Request for Quotation. All Small Business responsible sources may submit a quotation. JOB DESCRIPTION: Laboratory Testing, Quality Assurance Services, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Utah Resident Office, Dugway Proving Ground, Michael Army Airfield, Utah. Prospective vendor shall meet the requirements of American Society of Testing and Mat erials (ASTM) D3740, C1077 or D3666, as applicable, and shall be accredited by American Association and State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) for the applicable test methods, see Statement of Work in the solicitation for more information. Th e laboratory facilities shall be located within two (2) hours drive of Dugway Proving Ground, Utah. The work required under this request is for Laboratory Testing, Quality Assurance Services. This purchase order shall start upon award and end 07 March 20 08. All Quotations are due back not later than 18 July 2006 @ 10:00 am PST. The acquisition method is Request for Quotation. Evaluation factors for award shall be as follows: Low priced responsive, responsible, compliant vendor shall be awarded the contract. VENDORS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. ORDERING SOLICITATION: The solicitation shall be available on or about 06 July 2006. The Request for Quotation shall not be provided in hard paper copy. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition shall be posted on a secure Government webs ite known as FedTeDS. Access to the solicitation documents on the FedTeDS website shall be via a hyperlink. The hyp erlink shall be inserted into the notices for this acquisition posted on both the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/) and the FedBizOpps (FBO) website (www.fbo.gov) once the solicitation is issued. The hyper-l ink shall not appear as a website address, but as text as follows: Available online via the FedTeDS (Federal Technical Data Solution) website. Viewing/downloading documents from FedTeDS shall require prior registration in Central Contractor Registration ( www.ccr.gov).
