Description

The U. S. Geological Survey, National Center in Reston, Virginia has a requirement for a reliable system for employees to "check-in" to a central location after a hurricane or other natural disaster. It is the intent of the USGS to initially provide service to the locations that are most likely to be affected by hurricanes, the USGS offices located in Puerto Rico and the states that border the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean. The NAICS code is 561421, Telephone Answering Services. The government anticipates an award under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. Proposals are due at 4:00pm EST on 07/20/06. The anticipated award date is 08/02/06. All responsible sources who have a valid Dun and Bradstreet Number may submit a proposal.
