Description

FISC Norfolk Contracting Department Philadelphia Division intends to acquire on a sole source basis with Electronic Data Systems for continued maintenance of the acquisition DASHBOARD and existing web-based application for the OASN RD&A Information System. The base period of performance is 1 October 2006 through 30 September 2007 with up to two twelve-month option periods. The resultant award will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Level of Effort in accordance with procedures in FAR Part 15. The office of RD&A is requesting a service contract to support the OASN Information System Application to include but not limited to the following: Enhance Dashboard Data Entry App and Automated User Account Registration Module; Maintain & Develop ACAT I - IV reports & incorporate into Dashboard; Perform ongoing Dashboard and Non-Dashboard Application Maintenance with Documentation as Required; assist in migration of ASNRDA applications to NMCI enclave. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals; however, the Government will consider information received by the specified response date. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement action based upon responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice. Numbered Note 22 applies.
