Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Acquisition Management Division, on behalf of the Human Resources Management Division, intends to procure on a sole source basis with the Corporate Executive Board, Washington DC for membership to the Corporate Leadership Council (CLC), under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) Only One Source Reasonably Available. The membership entitles NIST to full access for the entire HR staff to an archive of 15,000 research initiatives, attendance at executive retreats, CLC strategies tools, teleconferences, and implementation support. This is a sole source procurement since the Corporate Leadership Council (CLC) is the only such membership program available that will meet the needs of NIST?s Human Resources Management Division. A firm fixed-price Purchase Order with a one (1) year performance period will be awarded on or about July 17, 2006, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competition. However, the Government will consider all responses received by the closing date. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill the requirement. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) will not be issued.
