Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation under FAR Parts 12 and 13, utilizing Simplified Acquisition procedures. The Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) plans to procure graphic design services for the development of a NOAA 200th Anniversary Mark Trail comic strip in 3-D format and print copies for the office of Ocean Exploration (OE). The required services are detailed in the attached July 1, 2006 Statement of Work. The solicitation and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-11. Award will be based on best value to the government. All interested firms must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at the CCR website http://www.ccr.gov. Contractor must provide their DUNS number and Cage Code number. Interested responsible sources may submit a quotation to NOAA no later than 12:00 Noon (EST), Thursday, July 20, 2006.
