Description

This announcement constitutes Solicitation Number FA4801-06-T-0135, which will be issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). Anticipated award to be a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. Per FAR 36.204, the Magnitude of the Project is estimated to be in the following range: Less than $25,000. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAR 2005-11. This acquisition is to be set aside and awarded to a small business concern. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220. The size standard is $31,000.000.00. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall remove and replace existing wood floor in Racquetball Court No. 1 at the Fitness Center on Holloman AFB. The Contractor shall clean, prepare and level the existing concrete floor as specified by the wood floor manufacturer. The Contractor shall install a new wood floor system specifically designed for racquetball courts. The contractor shall install red striping on the new floor in accordance with national racquetball court standards. The contractor shall provide a 1-year warranty for the new floor. All specifications are included in the Statement of Work. PROJECT DETAILS: The Solicitation which will include the site visit date & time and other attachments will be posted on or about 6 JULY 2006 AND MUST BE DOWNLOADED FROM FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov; DO NOT REQUEST VIA MAIL OR FAX. IMPORTANT NOTICES: 1) RFQ submission must be in accordance with solicitation. 2) You will not be eligible to receive an award if you are not in the Central Contractor Registration Database. (Ref. DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration). 3) All Amendments, if applicable, must Be Acknowledged.
