Description

Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of Installed Automatic Fire Alarm and Halon Systems, Offutt AFB, NE. The scope of this project consists of providing all personnel, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to inspect, test, maintain and repair on an annual basis installed automatic fire alarm and halon suppression systems at Offutt AFB in a manner that will ensure their serviceability and operation. The estimated performance period is 1 October 2006-30 September 2007 + 4 Option Years. Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date. All solicitation documents and amendments will be available in electronic format. NAICS Code: 561621, SBA Size Standard: 9 million dollars THIS PROCUREMENT ACTION IS PROCESSED UNDER SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (SDVOSB) The estimated release date of the solicitation is set for 24 July 2006. A site visit will be conducted approximately two (2) weeks after the solicitation issue date.
