Description

THIS PROJECT IS SET-ASIDE FOR HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The North American Industry Classification System is 238990. The small business size is $13,000,000. This is a Design-Build project intended to renovate the existing computer and lounge area to a computer and coffee shop. The contractor shall provide a complete structural, electrical and mechanical design of the renovation work as required. The work includes demolition, installation and renovation. The estimated price range is between $25,000 to $100,000. The performance period is 90 calendar days from the date of award. The electronic solicitation package will be available on or about 14 July 2006 for download on the E-Solicitation website at: http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. Quotations will be due 14 August 2006 at NAVFAC Marianas at the time specified in the solicitation. Site visit is scheduled for 27 July 2006 at 0900 hours, meet at NAVFAC Marianas Lobby, Bldg 101. All prospective quoters and plan holders must register on E-Solicitation in order to receive a copy of the solicitation and view the Plan holder?s list. The official Plan holder?s list will be maintained on and can be printed from the website. The Government will not provide this information. Notification of any amendments to the solicitation will only be made on the website for any posted changes. It is the sole responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for any amendments issued to the solicitation. In addition, you MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.gov/, prior to receiving contract award.
