- The Primary Training ranges solicittaion is currently scheduled to be released on 21 Jul 06 as a total small-business set-aside. Attached is the most recent DRAFT RFP, DRAFT SOW, and 2 seperate SOW attachements not included in the SOW word document. These are SOW Attachemnts Technical Exhibit 5, and Addendum to section C-6. We are requesting Interested Prime and Sub contractors register at this site as an interested vendor. This is a DRAFT solicitation and is not a formal Request for proposal. The final PTR solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps at a later date.
