- The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Public Affairs Office, intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 from POLYCOM, Inc. 4750 Willow Road, Pleasanton, California 94588 for POLYCOM Global Services for Premier Support such as: Unlimited Telephone Technical Support, Escalation support, advance parts replacement, software upgrades, software updates, on line support and around the clock video test facility for one year. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposal and a written solicitation will not be issued. However, all responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered. This synopsis is for information purposes ONLY. See numbered note 22*** Please insert three (3) days in lieu of forty-five (45) days.
