Description

The work of this proposed project consists of supplying and erecting an 80 foot radio tower at the Divide Mountain Site and a 40 foot radio tower at the Chief Mountain Customs Site. Sites are very remote and located on the eastern side of Glacier National Park in Montana. Project includes supplying/installing 12' x 24' x 8' and 8' x 8' x 8' prefab communication buildings, foundations, antennas, mounts, cabling, and extending secondary power approximately 285 feet. The estimated price range for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Contractor will have 300 calendar days to complete the work. Interested parties may download the solicitation which will be posted electronically at www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about July 27, 2006. Bidders are highly encouraged to register at the electronic site. Responses are due August 29, 2006. ONLY HARD COPY OFFERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Electronic and faxed offers are not aurthorized.
