Description
This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Reference Number N0432A06RC410V3 is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This solicitation is One Hundred percent Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS 333999. The Director of National Museum of Naval Aviation, Pensacola, Florida 32508-5303 requires the following item. One New Skytrak Model 10042 Telescopic Handler Equipped as follows: 10,000 lb max capacity at 24 inch load center, 42 foot 2 inch maximum lift height, 4-speed modulated powershift transmission, full time 4 wheel drive, engine block heater, planetary front and rear axles with hydrautically actuated inboard wet disc brakes, all terrain 17.5 x 25 lug type air filled tires, auxillary hydraulics, instrument cluster with gauges and warning lights, mechanical dual joystick hydraulic controls, horn and back up alarm, park lock with transmission declutch, anti-vandal protection, lockable doors, covers and toolbox, rear view mirrors and walkup service ability. Optional equipment included: 48 inch pallet forks, 48 inch standard carriage, 15 foot truss boom. Light material bucket 96 inch one and one quarter cu yd. Brand Name only. No substitutes.
