- The Federal Aviation Administration, Northwest Mountain Region intends to award a contract to the BPA Group, Bellevue, WA, for the Design of Foundations and Steel Supports for a New Dual Mode High Intensity Approach Lighting System with Sequenced Flashing Lights (ALSF-2), Runway 16C, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, Sea-Tac, Washington. The FAA has determined that utilizing the BPA Group for the design would be the best value to the FAA considering cost, technical, and process advantages. A competitive solicitation is not planned for this procurement. Any offeror who believes they can meet attached specifications within the established timeframes and estimate is requested to provide supporting qualifications and cost by July 15, 2006.
