- Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including minor demolition and furnish labor, materials, and perform the work for SOC corrections. Including earthwork and concrete walkways, metal fabricated stair interrupters, fire stopping, stell doors and builders hardware, gypsum board systems, painting, fire alarm, sprinklers, smoke and fire dampers and exit signs as required by the specifications and drawings. The NAIC code for this procurement is 236220 with a small size standard of $31 million applies. THIS IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL DISADVANTAGE VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS.
