- Description
- Nonpersonal services and materials for repair/service/maintenance on A/C systems, non-chiller, on an as needed basis at the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas. This acquisition is 100 percent set aside for small business concerns. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. The Contractor shall provide documentation to demonstrate a minimum of 36 months hands-on experience within the last 5 years on installing ductwork, small air handlers, condensers, compres sors, exhaust fans and vents. Contractor shall be knowledgeable of and follow all codes related to air conditioning and refrigeration and the Uniform Mechanical Code Standards. The Contractor shall possess and provide a valid Environmental Protection Age ncy (EPA) approved Section 608 Universal technician rating certificate. This is a written solicitation. No telephonic inquiries. All specifications are contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation package will be released on or about 14 July 2006.
