Description: Provide all labor, equipment and material to rehab Dam 96. The work is located at Upper Souris National Wildlife Refuge, Berthold, North Dakota. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The performance period is 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about July 28, 2006 with a closing date of on or about August 28, 2006. The RFP will be available through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (http://www.fedbizopps.gov). Please note that specifications and drawings will be posted with the solicitation as .pdf files and will be available for download from the GPE. This acquisition is a HUBZone set-aside. See Note 27.
