- Description
- Provide all labor, equipment and material to design and install wood framed modular house 1,680 SF with crawl space, connect to water and electricity, install and connect to septic tank and leach field, construct attached garage 750 SF, and front porch. The work is located at Lacreek National Wildlife Refuge, Martin, South Dakota. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The performance period is 68 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about July 26, 2006 with a closing date of on or about August 28, 2006. The RFP will be available through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (http://www.fedbizopps.gov). Please note that specifications and drawings will be posted with the solicitation as .pdf files and will be available for download from the GPE. This acquisition is a HUBZone competitive set-aside. See Note 27.
