Description: The National Park Service intends to award a "Best Value" contract as a HUB Zone Set-Aside for the rehabilitation of two Historic Log Structures located at the Devil's Tower NM in Northeastern Wyoming. The two structures are currently in use as a Ranger Office and an Administrative Office. Work is to begin November 15, 2006 and must be complete by March 1, 2007. Contract is to be administered by Grand Teton National Park for this project. No pre-cronstruction visit is scheduled, but one may be arranged by contacting Bill Yett at 307-467-5283 ext. 216. All HUB Zone qualified firms may submit proposals for the completion of the work. The estimate for the project is $100,000-$200,000. NAICS code for this project is 238390.
