- The Naval Air Depot, Cherry Point, NC intends to procure various parts for the Mitsui Seiki Jig Borer 7CN1-5X. (1) each W-Axis Bellows Cover Right,(1) each W-Axis Bellows Cover Left,(1)each Y-Axis Bellows Cover Right, (1) each Y-Axis Bellows Cover Left,(1) each Z-Axis Quill Spindle Bellows Cover, (1) SET Pump/motor Assembly for Spindle Chiller Unit, (1) each Fanuc Spindle Motor (1) each Timing Belt for spindle (High Range), (1) each Y-Axis Scale Protection Belt,(1) each RON-886-Heidenhain Encoder, (1) each Drawbar Shaft for NT45/CAT45 Spindle Taper,(1) each LID311/310 Reader Head and (1) set Tool Lock Plates(2pc/set). The government intends to procure these parts on a sole source basis from manufacture Mitsui Seiki (USA), Inc., cage code 2J730, 563 Commerce Street, Franklin Lakes, NJ 07417-1309. Delivery will be made to: NADEP Receiving Officer, Cherry Point, NC. See numbered note 22.
