- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. NGA intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13. This requirement is being solicited on a full and open competitive basis. The North American Industry classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 721110 size standard of $6.5M. The solicitation for this requirement is HM1575-06-T-0007. Requirement being solicited ? Conference Plan ? Propose one package price for this procurement ? Period of Performance 1600 hrs, 25 Sep 06 through 1400 hours 29 Sep 06. Conference Plan to include guest room accommodations for 50 people, separate large conference room with one breakout room from 0700 hrs ? 1700 hrs daily, three meals per day starting with dinner on 25 Sep 06, and ending with lunch on 29 Sep 06, continuous refreshment breaks from 0700 to 1700 hrs daily; conference room set up to include ergonomic chairs, pads, pens, ice water, hard candy, standard audio visual equipment (VCR, monitor, overhead projector, 2 flipcharts with markers, white board with markers, podium with microphone); no-cost on-site parking, All food and beverage gratuities regarding conference plan inclusions. Areas of consideration limited to location outside of Washington, DC, and St Louis, MO. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the offeror by the Government.
