Description: The work consists of decommissioning eight underground Heating Oil Tanks (HOT) on the Deschutes National Forest - Forest Service property. Six tanks are located at the Sisters Administrative Site, Pine and Main Street, Sisters, OR and two tanks are located at the Crescent Administrative Site, 136471 Hwy 97, Crescent, OR. The contractor must be licensed with DEQ and perform work according to DEQ regulations. Solicitation packages will be available for free download at www.fedbizopps.gov. The anticipated issuance date of the solicitation is July 27, 2006 with Quotes due C.O.B. August 14, 2006. Estimated start work date is September 1, 2006.
