- PSYCHOLOGIST SERVICES STATEMENT OF WORK Contractor to perform services at a VA Outpatient Clinic located in Somersworth New Hampshire. The clinic operates Monday thru Friday 8;00AM thru 430 PM. Contractor to provide professional psychotherapy services that will include but are not limited to supportive, cognitive-behavioral and behavioral treatments. These treatments will be consistent with licensure as an independent practitioner. Contractor must obtain clinical privileges at the VAMC Manchester, NH. This station will provide orientation and training prior to the starting date.. This will include training on VA laws, policy and procedure along with electronic medical record. Contractor shall provide documentation into each patient's clinical record for all procedures performed in the electronic medical record within a seven day period. Contractor must be a citizen of the US and be able to write, read and speak English. Contractor must show educational background and provide license to practice that is current and active in the 50 states.
