- The 37th Contracting Squadron is intending to award a sole-source purchase order to NEVCO Scoreboard Company for LED Basketball Model 2610royal blue I/U 2ea MPCW-6 Wireless Recievers for model 2610 & SCD-5 I/U 4ea MPCW-6 wireless control panel I/U 1ea LED Basketball model SCD-5 shot cloch set no control I/U 1ea ABSK-1 shot clock basket set I/U 1ea 17MM monochrome RED message center size is 1.4' H X 5.9'H I/U 6ea Freight I/U 1ea This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 17 Jul 06. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The intent of this procurement is to award based on Sole Source requirement. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09 and DFARS Change Notice 20060519, Standard Industrial Code 3393, North American Industry Classification System Code 339920 and Size Standard of 500 employees apply to this procurement.
