Description: The 56th Contracting Squadron plans to negotiate with Renaissance Sciences Corporation based in Chandler, Arizona on a sole source basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
