- FISC San Diego Regional Contracting Department is announcing its intent to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) N00244-06-R-0043 in support of SWRMC, San Diego, for the following: Cold Chemical Cleaning, hydroblasting and video borescope inspection of Collection and Holding Tanks (CHT) aboard US Naval ships within a 50 mile radius of the greater San Diego, CA area and may include work to be performed in the Oceanside, CA area. The contractor will be required to provide all labor services and materials in accordance with the established statement of work and all applicable Government specifications and regulations. Inspection and acceptance of all services will be performed at destination by the cognizant Government representative. The successful offeror will be required to have a Nav Sea approved Quality System (IAW Nav Sea Std Item 009-004), approved and in place concurrent with contract award. The successful offeror shall also be required to have a Nav Sea approved Process Control Procedures (IAW Nav Sea Std Item 009-009) and submitted to SWRMC prior to the placement of any work orders. The Government intends to award a Single Award Firm Fixed Price contract for a base period and four one year options. NAICS: 562211; Business size: $11.5 mil.
