Description

The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 1,848 rentable square feet of rentable space in Bemidji, Minnesota for use by the Federal Public Defender. Rentable space must yield 1,607 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet, available for use by the Government for personnel, furnishings and equipment. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm. Offered properties must be within: North: 8th Street East: Rt. 197 West: Mississippi Avenue South: 3rd Street The offered space must be fully serviced and altered to meet Government requirements. The facility and the space must meet the Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility Standards. Proposals from brokers or agents should be accompanied by evidence of their authorization to represent the ownership. Expressions of interest should include building names and address, or if new construction, the site location.
