- This is modification 3 to the synopsis for the Facilities procurement, Solicitation No. NNJ07157099R, which was originally posted on June 22, 2006. You are notified that the Draft Statement of Work (DSOW) is now issued as follows: 1) The Draft Statement of Work (DSOW) issuance date has been revised from 7/10/06 to 7/12/06. 2) You are invited to provide comments on the DSOW. Please provide your comments to the Contracting Officer, no later than 4:30 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) 7/19/06, at the following e-mail address: JSC-Facilities-SEB@mail.nasa.gov or via the "Anonymous Questions to the Contracting Officer" link on the Facilities website. 3) The Government will review and consider all comments from Industry in the development of the DSOW. 4) At the discretion of the Government, the Government may choose to revise the DSOW as well as incorporate comments from Industry as necesasry. 5) Industry comments to the DSOW and the Government's disposition of the comments will be posted via a modification to the synopsis. NOTE: The Draft SOW can also be viewed on the Facilities sublink via the COSS Follow-On website at http://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/coss This request shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of the Government. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
