Description

Anticipated award will be with 30 days of receipt of quotes. Delivery shall be within 42 calendar days of award. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, Georgia has a requirement for three (3) each DATU-08 8 ton computer room air conditioning units, or equal. It shall include the following: Indoor evaporator with remote air cooled condenser (for 105F ambient); 15 KW reheat; 10 lb/hr steam humidifier; Upflow plenum with discharge grill; 460/3; Data Alarm Processor II Control panel; 2 extra cartridges for humidifier; Unit is 49? W, 35? D, and 91? H; delivery to the site; training; and start-up costs (exclusive of refrigerant and installation). Proposed cost shall include delivery to the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Artesia, New Mexico. If an ?or equal? is being proposed, please provide complete description and specifications for the ?or equal.? This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number for this solicitation is 06ART5101-1. The solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). NAICS code for this procurement is 238330. Size standard is $13 million. This procurement is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Concerns. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-11.
