Description

Repair Roofs, Bldg 565 and Bldg 323, Offutt AFB NE. The scope of these projects consists of removal of the existing fully-adhered EPDM membrane and insulation to the existing metal deck and replacing with new (Bldg 565 approximately 53,200 square feet) and (Bldg 323 approximately 36,900 square feet). The estimated performance periods for these projects are 241 calendar days for Bldg 565 and 211 calendar days for Bldg 323 to include a winter exclusion period. Funds are not presently available for these projects. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. These projects are FY 06/FY 07 straddle bid projects and may be awarded in FY 06 or FY 07 and may not be awarded concurrently. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation either before or after the closing date. All solicitation documents and amendments will be available in electronic format. All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, lack of registration in the CCR will make a bidder ineligible for award. Project Numbers SGBP 07-0047 (Bldg 565) Drawings OFF-B-5993 and Project Number SGBP 01-0053 (Bldg 323) Drawings OFF-B-5994. Project Magnitude $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. NAICS Code 238160, SBA Size Standard $13.0M. THIS PROCUREMENT HAS BEEN SET ASIDE COMPETITIVE HUB-ZONE. The estimated release date of the solicitation is 14 Jul 06. A site visit will be conducted approximately two (2) weeks after the solicitation issue date. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED TO MONITOR THIS SITE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
