- Corporations and Business? interested in providing in-kind or monetary support in exchange for brand exposure within the AF Reserve environment are invited to take advantage of sponsorship opportunities with a new promotion currently at all 11 Reserve locations nationwide. The ?InsideOut? promotion is ongoing until 30 September 2006 and focuses on the internal customer ? the employees. We are in the Service industry, providing dining options to our men and women serving in our Air Force Reserve. We recognize our employees are the lifeblood of our organization and hence are working from the inside out to build an effective workforce to service our external customers. This program encourages exceptional performance and positive attitudes of all employees which resonates positively to our end customer. Through mystery guest evaluations and meeting core business standards, all clubs are competing to be the best in the Air Force Reserve. The winning club receives a monetary bonus, an exquisite dining experience for all club members, and training from a renowned European Chef. We are seeking in-kind and monetary support to underwrite the program in exchange for your company having the opportunity for product sampling, event title recognition, name and logo recognition, and exposure to a military market including military members & their families, retirees, civilians and contractors at all major events of the program including a Grand Finale event scheduled at the winning club in February 2007.
