Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, MD, has a requirement for procurement of OMEGA-B05-SITE Annual Bundle Site License & Standard Software Warranty to include SERV, DRU, FIRE, IES (Qty 1 each) and Technician Support. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, a firm fixed price contract with Wyle Laboratories, Inc., under FAR 6.302-1 as the software is proprietary to Wyle Laboratories. The Technician Support must have working knowledge of this proprietary software. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however interested parties may submit a capability statement. The government, for all purposes of determining whether to initiate a competitive procurement, will consider all capability statements received in response to this notice. The government reserves the right to process this procurement as a sole source based on the responses received.
