- Amended to establish 100% Small business Set-Aside. NSN: 5975-00-152-1100, Bushing, Electrical Conduit. Procured as Fully Competitive in Accordance with A Military/Federal Specifications/Standards and/or Voluntary Industry Standards; I/A/W A-A-50553; P/N AA50553-3-1-Q-1-06-M. Destination Inspection required. FOB Destination. Requested delivery is 112 days after receipt of order (DARO). This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Only offers from small businesses will be considered. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 13,944 each. No Surge. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is April 3, 2006.
