Description

Z111: Maintenance, Repair, or Alteration of Real Property The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Highwoods Realty Limited Partnership, 2635 Century Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia 30345 for the remodeling of office space in accordance with the agreed upon terms and conditions of Highwoods Realty Limited lease agreement. The proposed purchase order is to remodel building space for which the Government intends to solicit only with Highwoods Realty Limited Partnership under test program described in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.5 and under authority 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been justified, certified and approved for Highwoods Realty Limited Partnership. The following FAR Part 12.3 provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition. 52.212-1 (January 2006) Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Items 52.212-3 (March 2005) Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items 52.212-4 (September 2005) Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items 52.212-5 (April 2006) Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at this/these address(es): http://www.access.gpo.gov and http://www.arnet.gov/far. The North American Classification System (NAICS) is 238390 and the Size Standard is $13M. The Government anticipates the award on a Fixed-price purchase order.
