Potential sources are cautioned that no part of the Government qualification requirement is intended to endorse or encourage the improper use of intellectual property developed by the Original Equipment Manufacturer of any other third party. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
