Description

Notice of intent to award a HUBZone sole-source procurement under FAR Part 19.1306 to Bouldin Corporation to provide one expended ordnance deformer to include setup, training, and shipping. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.1306 the Government will negotiate directly with Bouldin Corporation. The contract action is for a commodity for which the Government solicited from only one source, Bouldin Corporation, under the authority of FAR 19.1306. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is neither a request for proposals nor a soliciation for offers. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332999 with a size standard of 500 employees. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to 90 CONS/LGCB, ATTN: Chuck Crews, 7505 Marne Loop, F. E. Warren AFB, WY 82005 or sent by email to charles.crews@warren.af.mil. Responses to this notice must be submitted not later than 18 Jul 06 at 1200. Interested HUBZone sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. Response to this notice is not required.
