Description

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and constructing the additions to the Town Creek Tunnel, located in Jackson, Mississippi. Principal features of work are concrete walls and bollards, in cluding formwork, reinforcing, concrete, concrete anchors, security fencing, and environmental protection. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Specifications will be available on the Federal Technical Data Sol utions (FEDTEDS) Web Page at http://www.fedteds.gov. Compact discs and hardcopies will not be available. Bidders should check http://www.fedteds.gov often for new solicitations and/or changes (AMENDMENTS) to existing ones. Issue date on or about 04 Aug 2 006. Bid opening date on or about 07 Sep 2006, 1400 Hours. THIS PROCUREMENT IS UNRESTRICTED AND ISSUED UNDER NAICS CODE 237990, FSC CODE Y299, FOR A FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT.
