Description

NOTICE OF INTENT - this requirement is for single source procurement hardware maintenance contract for hardware support of various computers to Hewlett-Packard Company, 9737 Washingtonian Blvd, Gaithersburg, Maryland 20878-7337. This maintenance contract includes 24 hrs x 365 days (yr) hardware support (onsite as needed), 24 hrs x 7 days (wk) x 365 days (yr) software technical support and software update services/coverage on a Compaq Storage Area Network (SAN) unit. In addition the contract includes: Hardware Problem Diagnosis, Onsite Support, Parts and Material (provided by vendor), 4 Hr Onsite Response, 24 Hrs Standard Days and Holidays coverage. Interested parties must submit technical capabilities, pricing and other information that demonstrates their ability to meet the Governments needs. This synopsis is not to be considered a request for quotations or proposals. No solicitation document is available. No purchase order will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice but offers will be used to determine if a comparable source is available.
