Description

U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Albuquerque, New Mexico is requesting bids on solicitation number 201816R009 to furnish all materials and effort for the fabrication and installation of exhibits and interpretive panels. The fabricator shall furnish all materials (which may include photographs, text, illustrations, etc) as well as labor, equipment, transportation, and professional expertise and other related requirements necessary to finish several permanent/exhibits and the touch screen/computerized station. The delivered product shall consist of a combination of interpretive panels related text, interactive touch screen video systems, artwork, maps, graphics, and photographs. The project is located at Bitter Lake National Wildlife Refuge, Chaves County, Roswell, New Mexico. The total performance period is expected to be 30 calendar days. Bid evaluation and award will be based on the best value to the government. Evaluation of quotations will be made on experience, technical expertise, past performance, and price. The project is solicited restricted to small business concerns, NAICS 339950 and the Small Business Size Standard is Not to Exceed 500 employees. The solicitation is anticipated to be available on or about July 31, 2006. Copies of the Solicitation may be obtained at http://ideasec.nbc.gov and http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
