Description

U.S. Naval Hospital, Okinawa, Japan (NHO) has a standing order requirement for a for reagents, stains, and supplies for use by NH Okinawa?fs laboratory. The intention is to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for fiscal year 2007 (Oct 1, 2006 through Sep 30, 2007). The NAICS code for this procurement is 325413 and is 100% set aside for small businesses. Delivery shall be direct to NHO (Japan), with several for shipment to Tracy, CA. The contractor shall be responsible for door-to-door delivery of all international shipments, providing tracking information for all (international and CONUS) shipments, and ensuring proper packaging and shipping of refrigerated items and hazardous material. NHO reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by this agency. Required Central Contractor Registration. [Note: Lack of registration in the Central Contractor Registration will make an Offeror ineligible for award] Registration is available via the Internet at www.CCR.gov. Any order made as a result of this solicitation is subject to availability of funds (FAR 52.232-18). Solicitation N68470-06-T-1005 will be aviailable on or about 17 July 2006.
