Description: Procurement of OEM certified technician services to accomplish elevator controls upgrade to the personnel elevator aboard USNS PECOS (T-AO 197). Work to be accomplished 11 September - 10 October 2006 at Naval Station San Diego. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received prior to the closing date and time established in the RFQ will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this requirement based upon responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
