Description: Procurement covers the upgrade of the Engine Room console operating system aboard USNS PECOS (T-AO 197)and integration testing of the upgraded system to confirm compatability with imbedded control and monitoring systems. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. All proposals received prior to the closing time and date established in the RFQ will be considered by the Government. However, a determination not to compete this action is within the Government's sole discretion.
