- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one source will satisfy agency requirements [10 USC 2304(c) (1)]. A firm fixed priced contract will be issued to Inertial Products, Northrup Grumman Corporation, Electronics Systems Navigation and Space Sensors, 21240 Burbank Blvd., Woodland Hills, CA 91367-6675 for 4 each of a Fiber Optic Inertial Navigation Measurement Units, LN-200, part Number 311875-1002, NSN 6605-LL-110-2802. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for quotation is N00253-06-R-0019. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 33451 and has a size standard of 750 employees. All quotes received within 10 days after the sate of the publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. The Government will consider all responses received prior to the closing date of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
