Description

Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof, for the project Remove Halon Systems, Building 36, Project# STL 07-0003. Work shall consist of removing halon systems and associated smoke detectors. New work includes installation of new smoke detection devices and associated wiring. The work shall be performed by a certified firm with a minimum five (5) years of demonstrated experience in fire alarm and detection systems design and installation work. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NGA, NIMA, EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 140 calendar days. The approximate cost of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The NAICS code for this project is 238210, size standard $13.0M. This project is 100 percent set-aside for small business. The work is located at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis, MO 63118.
