Description: Replace roof and perform other repairs to Shop/Warehouse Building in accordance with the specifications. Work includes but not limited to: Remove existing shingle roof and install a new standing seam metal roof system, remove existing and install new gutters and downspouts, remove and replace rotten or deteriorated exterior wood, paint building exterior including trim and install wall vent fan.
