Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S .Army Technology Applications Office has a requirement for the following  Offerors must state with their offer how soon delivery will be made after award. Item 0001, 11 each, P/N: 1113560 Tandberg 880 MXP (1.1 Mbps IP only); Item 0002, 11 each, P/N: 113560-V31D Tandberg IVCI 1 year managed care for 880 MXP; Item 0003, 11 each, P/N: 113825NPP Tandberg 880 MXP Natural Presenter Package (NPP); Item 0004, 11 each, P/N: 113825MS Multisite Upgrade Tandberg 880 MXP multisite option. Immediate Delivery Is Requested. Pricing should be FOB destination to Fort Bragg, NC 28310. This is a 100% set-aside for Small Business. Responses must contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. The Request for Quotation number is W904TE-06-Q-6510. The NAICS code is 423690 and the small business size requirement is 100 employees. The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items applies. 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items applies. The clause at 52.212 -4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items and the clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offers will be evaluated on a basis of best value including cost, ability to deliver immediately after award, technical acceptance and performance risk assessment.
