Description

The Directorate of Contracting at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, is seeking statements of capabilities for for Preventative Maintenance and Minor Repairs (PM&MR) services for USAR Reserve Center facilities for the 88th Regional Reserve Command (RRC) (includi ng the states of Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana and Ohio); the 89th RRC (including the states of Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, and Missouri; the 70th RRC (including the states of Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Utah and Colorado) ; and the 96th RRC (including the states of Washington, Oregon, and Idaho); all of which will become part of the 88th Regional Readiness Sustainment Command (RRSC). These services are currently performed under contract as part of a larger contract that i ncludes services for Public Works Operations and Support; Logistics Operations and Support Services; Installation Materiel Maintenance Operations and Support Services; and Off-Post Preventive Maintanance and Minor Repair Support Services. The Government i s contemplating the establishment of four separate and distinct follow-on service contract requirements, with a separate one for these USAR facilities. No Request for Proposal is available for competitive bidding at this time. Interested parties may subm it a Statement of Capability for satisfying this requirement (or any of the other three requirements separately) within 14 days of this announcement to the contact person(s) listed herein. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is for market research o f the small business community. A determination by the Government as to how to compete the proposed requirement will be made based upon responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government does not intend to awar d a contract on the basis of this Sources Sought Notice, the responses received, or otherwise pay for the information solicited. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of submission of res ponses to this Sources Sought Notice and the Governments use of such information. Respondents to this Sources Sought Notice may be requested to provide additional information/details on their initial submittals. This notice is not a request for competiti ve proposals. Applicable NAICS Code is 561210 with a size standard of $32.5 Million. All responsible sources shall respond by submitting the following: 1) company name, point of contact, telephone number, fax number, email address, DUNS number, and CAG E code; 2) Small Business Certification, if applicable; 3) a statement of interest in working at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin; 4) a written narrative Statement of Capability including detailed technical information and any other technical informational literatur e demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements; 5) past performance on Government contract(s) of similar size and scope; and 6) the length of any Government contract(s) held. The responses must be sufficient to permit agency analysis to establi sh a bona fide capability to meet the requirements. No telephone requests will be honored. No requests for capability briefings will be honored and no capability briefings will be allowed as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. A site visit will be c onducted in accordance with any solicitation which may be issued. No email inquiries will be honored.
