Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S .Army Technology Applications Office has a requirement for the following: All questions and correspondence should be by e-mail. Item 0001, 45 each, P/N 3600190-1, Thales Audio / Keyfill Adapter MBITR; Item 0002, 10 each, P/N 1600580-1, Thales Six-Way AC/DC LI-ION Battery Charger . Pricing should be FOB destination to Norfolk, VA, 23511. This is a 100% set-aside for Small Business. Responses must contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. The Request for Quotation number is W904TE-06-Q-6511. The NAICS code is 423690 and the small business size requirement is less than 100 employ ees. The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items applies. 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items applies. Any Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications Commercial Items with its offer.
