- Charter of trawler for bycatch research needed for NOAA, National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) to conduct studies of gear performance and fish behavior in trawls, as well as studies of trawl modifications to reduce effects on seafloor habitat features, charter will consist of 12 days, with option to extend for 3 additional days.
