- Description
- Through a Reverse Auction, The National Institutes of Health has a requirement to procure mixed paper products to include paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, and utility wipes meeting the salient characteristics and estimated quantities set forth in the solicitation. It is anticipated that a fixed-price, indefinite-delivery (requirements) type contract will be awarded for a period of one year with four 12-month option periods. The closing date for receipt of responses is 10 calendar days after issuance. Requests for a paper copy of the solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer identified in the synopsis. NO telephone request will be accepted. Faxed requests are acceptable (fax number (301) 480-1146). The request must contain the mailing address, telephone number, the name of the contact person, and email address. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) number 263-2006-B(GQ)-0164 will be issued on or about July 31, 2006.
