Description

The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to negotiate a sole source contract with GE Medical Systems for one GE MACLAB IT Hemodynamic monitoring system complete with hardware and software (Including an image resolution (up to 1024 x 1024) system upgrade) for the VAMC Milwaukee, located in WI. The hemodynamic monitoring system must be able to interface with VA?s existing EP Lab Prucka hemodynamics system and interface cohesively with VistA Clinical Procedures. The system must gather physiologic, nursing and physician data via customizable graphical interfaces and allow for customizable reports to be uploaded to the VA?s VistA software package. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitations documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored. However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must furnish information about its products and services, as well as references from other customers who are using these products and service, to the Contracting Officer within (7) calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Information must be sent to the Contracting Officer, VAMC GLAC, 5000 W. National Ave Bldg. 5, Milwaukee WI 53295 or via fax to (414) 902-5440. Responses received will be evaluated however; a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the GLAC will proceed with the sole source negotiation with GE Medical Systems.
